Infrastructure
At Alsagro, efficiency and reliability are supported by a solid infrastructure built around two complementary sites.
Main Farm Site
The center of our operations. It hosts administrative offices, machinery halls, and a fully equipped workshop where our team maintains and prepares equipment for fieldwork.
Silo & Storage Site
Dedicated to grain and input storage, with a 5,000-tonne silo equipped with a dryer for optimal cereal conditioning. Additional storage areas allow us to safely store grain, fertilizers, and seeds.
Together, these two sites provide the autonomy, efficiency, and long-term resilience needed to support our growth.
Advanced Equipment for
Peak Performance
In agriculture, timing is everything — even the smallest delay can have major consequences. Our fleet of state-of-the-art equipment ensures maximum efficiency and precision at every stage, from seeding to harvest.
Machines are equipped with GPS guidance, section control, variable-rate technology, and automation systems. These tools allow real-time monitoring, optimized input use, and reliable performance during critical periods.
Maintenance is done in-house in our workshop, supported by a dedicated parts warehouse. This autonomy minimizes downtime and keeps our machinery ready to operate at full capacity.
Equally essential is the logistics behind fieldwork. With service trucks and transport equipment, we supply machinery efficiently and ensure a continuous flow of crops from field to storage.
From precision seeders and sprayers to high-capacity combines grain carts, every machine is selected and managed to deliver reliability, productivity, and consistent quality.

Land Base
We farm a combination of owned and rented land in the east of Romania, close to the Black Sea, these Lands, known as Chernozem, are very fetile black soils, rich in organic matter (humus).
The farm operates on compact blocks of land, which allows very efficient field work and reduces the time spent by both machines and employees on all agricultural operations.
The land benefits from a solid agronomic structure, supported by optimal fertilization, the use of cover crops and the implementation of minimum tillage and no-till practices.
Our fields are surrounded by forests, which provides a significant climatic advantage: lower summer temperatures and more generous rainfall compared to the surrounding areas.
The farm is located only 100 km from the port of Constanța, offering a real logistical advantage with lower transportation costs and better access to export markets.
